Developed by Jiaqi Zhang in 2021. The
project was inspired by a community program called "adopt-a-shop",
which was initiated by a Facebook group to support local businesses
during the pandemic time. Through multimedia interfaces such as 2D
interactive games, 3D virtual space exploration, and first-person
storytelling, Community Code provides the audience a peek at Evanston
business owners' unique personal and professional journeys.
